MARK Wright has admitted that he can’t always keep up with wife Michelle Keegan when it comes to working out together.
The reality TV regular turned personal trainer told The Sun that despite his six pack abs, former Corrie star is far better at him when it comes to working on their abs.

Mark, 34, said: “Michelle works very hard. She works out and keeps fit and she had a really healthy lifestyle as well.
“It’s nice to be healthy, mentally it helps you and physically.
“We work out together all the time. We don’t necessarily do the same workout but we will workout at the same time in the gym. It helps to align our days.”
He added: “She can do a lot more than me at certain things to be honest. She is better than me at abs. She can hold a plank longer than me.
“There is a lot of stuff she can do better than me. We spur each other on but we don’t really have couple’s rivalry.”
Despite happily wowing fans with his torso via social media, Mark insists that there is more to life than “an eight pack and bulging veins” and refuses to cut out weekend drinking sessions with the lads in his quest to keep in shape.
“It’s about balance. You don’t need to be rocking a eight pack with veins coming out of you, you just need to feel healthy.
“I will have plenty of beers tonight but then the next day I will play football and burn it off.
“During the week I am really healthy and then Friday, Saturday, Sunday I let loose a bit and enjoy myself.”
Mark’s comments come as he launches his new fitness app TrainWright – a move he says is far more fulfilling than any lucrative TV show he’s appeared on.
The subscription based service comes with a 4 Week Fat Burn programme as well as a four week “next level” plan.
“This is my favourite thing in 11 years since being on telly. It’s not even close,” Mark said of the new venture.

“Hands down, there is not a TV show or anything that I’ve done that I enjoy more than this.
“Everything I have done I have loved but this is so much more full filling.”
Despite turning himself into a household name after joining ITV series Towie in 2010, Mark says he’s never felt like a star.
Mark said: “I’ve never had fans. I’m not a pop star or an actor. It isn’t about the fame but it’s about these people on the app loving what I do. The people who work out on the platform are fans.
“When you’re in a financially comfortable position, it is about using this position to give back to people. There is no better feeling.
“Yeah, I’ve earned my pound notes and I know that is a nice feeling but now I can give back
